What do we do?

Whilst spending 6 years of my career managing and working with call centres I was always looking for new ways to motivate bottom to top performers and build great team culture. We all know that competition drives performance, Tiger Woods wouldn't be the golfer he is today without ever playing another player. This is the same with salespeople, what I found is that more competition will always challenge someone to go that extra mile. So at Beat The Rivals we setup competitions between two rival call centres to give businesses the challenge of being the best. Our system will average the sales targets to provide a fair playing ground for each centre to win. After two weeks whichever business achieves best to their sales target is crowned the winner. Awards are handed out to the highest sellers from each business, the consultants who provide the best customer experience from each business and the most motivating leader from each business.
