What do we do?
Whilst spending 6 years of my career managing and working with call centres I was always working out new ways to motivate bottom to top performers and build great team culture. We all know that competition drives performance, Tiger Woods wouldn’t be the golfer he is today without ever playing another golfer. This is the same with salespeople, and what I found is that team competitions will drive everyone when done correctly as they make each individual pull their weight. So at Beat The Rivals I setup a team competition within your business that’s so fun & engaging it boosts performance. The competition runs for 7 days and includes daily games that build atmosphere in the workplace. I target a specific area you feel has room to improve (total sales, revenue, compliance, customer experience). At the end of the competition prizes are provided to each member of the winning team as they are crowned the Rival Champions!
